In addition, National Referral Systems Inc. owns http://www.nationalschoolreports.com as well as http://www.usaschoolreports.com.

The founders of National Referral Systems Inc. are Real Estate Professionals based in South Florida with over 40 years of experience. Over the years we have learned that proximity to the best schools is the overwhelmingly single most important factor affecting real estate values. We have also learned that no written report or statistic alone can give a true accurate evaluation of neighborhoods and schools. There are so many factors that can have an effect in changing good schools to poor schools and vice versa. We have found that in addition to written reports the best way to get an in depth accurate evaluation of the local neighborhood and schools is through a local specialist who is keenly aware and knowledgeable of the community and school situation.

At National Referral Systems we have developed an extremely personal, highly professional system of connecting the American homebuyer with a very advantageous method of finding the best schools, in the best neighborhoods, within their affordable price ranges. The service is made available to our clients with no charges or fees.

Our highly trained staff interviews the parent or parents to find the specific schooling needs of their children and the housing needs for the family. After we have compiled all relevant information, our staff researches the family's destination community and will connect the family with the appropriate real estate professional in that area to meet the needs of the family.

We seek only those real estate professionals that have the greatest school system knowledge as well as the greatest qualifications as Realtors. When we are confident that we've located a highly qualified realtor, and only with the family's permission, do we submit the family information to the destination Realtor.

All of the Realtors we use are required to supply the relocating family with the most up to date official school score (where available) as well as numerous other written school reports and home relocating information.
